I thought I was stuck because I don’t like springs and memory foam just feels weird to me. Hadn’t realised there was reflex foam as well and it is perfect for me. I have been blown away by the customer service from this company as well, they are very friendly and really helpful.

Firmer than my old mattress, can’t say its had too much of an effect on my back issues yet, but will give it time and report back!
