This mattress also has a temperature sensitive removable cover in Coolmax fabric as well as breathable fillings to promote a cool and restful sleep for those worried about heat retention associated with memory foam. I ultimately went for this mattress because of the 5 year guarantee. I wanted a memory foam mattress but it was the guarantee they swayed me. Got it delivered rolled up and it was fun watching it unravel. Can't really comment on the service as I did not have any interaction with them besides the emails confirming my purchase and delivery.

I called this company to check if they actually had this in stock and they actually advised me that they were having a sale starting the next day! Madness! I got £50 off. Thanks for the honesty guys. I would have been peeved if I had noticed that the price dropped the day after I bought it!

Went for this as it was a best seller and once you have looked at 20 mattresses they all seem the same anyway. I had an error with payment so they agreed to keep it aside for me and we sorted it out that afternoon. Very understanding. Pity they don't sell all the bedding stuff that goes with it

There are so many people selling mattresses online that I don't know what's what. I simply looked for a company that looked like they were not going to run away with my money. I called their support line and the chap recommended this one. It is perfectly fine, got it the next day.

The mattress itself is very comfortable. The memory foam is certainly a different feel compared to the springs in traditional mattresses - don't think I will ever go back to those.
