Excellent mattress - very satisfied.

We wanted a firm mattress. This one is firm and it is very comfortable too. The website is informative with a lot of detail. We actually phoned and spoke to a salesperson who was polite and helpful. We wanted delivery on a specific date and this was arranged without trouble. We were given a time slot on the day of arrival and the mattress arrived two minutes after the begining of this slot! The quality of the mattress is excellent and the packaging was very effective. Be careful if you have to get it upstairs - it is quite heavy!

medium is perfect

Being able to choose the firmness was very interesting, don't see that in many shops. Went for medium as I don't like my bed too firm. Comfortable as a cloud! Price good too, couldn't see it cheaper anywhere else
